ap2_get_mandate_activation
Returns the outcome of a mandate activation (ap2_request_mandate_activation). When status is ACTIVE it returns the signed Open Payment Mandate (open_payment_mandate) and, if checkout constraints were requested, the Open Checkout Mandate (open_checkout_mandate): they are the roots of the presentations, to which the agent appends its own closed mandate with '~~'. instrument_id is the payment_instrument.id the closed payment mandate must declare when asking ucp_issue_payment_credential. Statuses: REQUESTED, CONSENTED, PENDING_VERIFY, ACTIVE, FAILED, EXPIRED, ABANDONED, SUPERSEDED.
