ap2_get_mandate_approval
Returns the status of a checkout approval (ap2_request_checkout_approval, or the one the server opened on requires_escalation). When status is APPROVED it also returns checkout_mandate and payment_mandate: present them as ap2.checkout_mandate in complete_checkout and as the payment mandate (credential.token / payment_mandate), appending a Key Binding JWT (typ kb+jwt, aud "merchant" / "credential-provider", nonce, sd_hash) when the approval was bound to an agent key. Statuses: REQUESTED, PENDING_VERIFY (user authenticating), APPROVED, CONSUMED, DECLINED, FAILED, EXPIRED, SUPERSEDED (the checkout changed: ask again).
