get_item
Get one item in full: description, price, dietary tags, the allergens it contains and may contain (null when the venue has declared nothing), its nutrition (kcal, protein, carbs, fats, salt) where the venue publishes it, how many it serves (catering venues), whether it is available, and every option group with how many choices it takes and what each costs. Allergens and nutrition describe the base item; an option that adds any carries its own. Takes the venue slug find_venues returns.
